Notice on Use of Personal Data

 

This Notice on Use of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) has been issued by Serenas Uluslararası Turizm Kongre Organizasyon Anonim Sirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Serenas”) to clarify your party with regards to our processing of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Nr. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) and other legislation in force within The Republic of Turkey (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection legislation”) as the secondary legislation legally based upon the Law.

 

Your personal data (including but not limited to your name, surname, age, workplace, profession, province, phone number and e-mail) being legally shared with Serenas within the scope of live stream organized by Serenas will be processed in order to properly conduct any activities related to the organization, to keep statistics of the organization and to collect any feedback related thereto. Serenas may contact with you via your phone number and e-mail as provided in order to inform you about any possible future events and to invite you to such events upon your explicit consent.

 

We hereby inform you that we may disclose your personal data to organizations related to the event, relevant public institutions and bodies, our suppliers that provide us services to perform related works under the obligation of confidentiality, and to third parties located abroad as a matter of services provided by data storage and e-mail service providers in order to fulfill the objectives specified herein and to the extent and limits permitted by Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and the relevant provisions of Data Protection Legislation.

 

Your personal data will be processed provided that it is mandatory due to legal grounds and limits to issue and execute the agreement referred to in Article 5 hereof and to fulfill the legal obligations of Serenas as the data controller and to process the data for the legitimate interests of Serenas.
